FHRC Management Corporation, a First Hartford company, is the property manager for communities developed by Connolly and Partners, First Hartford, and select other housing providers. FHRC Management works closely with Connolly throughout the development process to plan for a smooth transition to occupancy with high-quality management services to preserve the integrity and value of the properties and provide for residents’ safety and quality of life.
