Andrew Comollo

Andrew leads Connolly and Partners and oversees our multifamily operations focused on development, preservation, construction, property management, and asset management. He joined First Hartford Corporation in 2009 and has served as vice president since 2019.

Andrew has a broad background in development including multifamily (thousands of units developed and managed across multiple states) and retail (including strategic new market entries for national retailers). He believes deeply in the mission of affordable housing and in using his real estate skill set to positively impact the communities that Connolly serves and the lives of our residents.

Andrew holds degrees in economics and finance and in insurance finance from the University of Hartford Barney School of Business. He is currently pursuing a JD degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
