With more than 23 years in property management, April brings a wealth of experience to our affiliate FHRC Management Corporation to ensure all policies and procedures are followed effectively and consistently and to manage redevelopment and capital needs projects. Her extensive work with multifamily affordable housing includes Project-Based Section 8, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties, Moderate Rent, and others.

She also has a demonstrated ability to manage significant emergencies such as fire and water damage from start to finish, including resident relocation, coordination with restoration companies, insurance claims management, contractor hiring, and overall supervision—an important skill for ensuring minimum disruption for residents.

April was previously a regional property manager with Crowninshield Management Corporation, a senior property manager with the Schochet Companies, and a senior property manager with Paredim Partners. She holds multiple certifications from the National Affordable Housing Management Association and the National Center for Housing Management.
