Chuck Meek

Chuck joined Connolly parent First Hartford Corporation in 2008 as a leasing agent for retail properties. He transitioned to managing and directing First Hartford’s preferred developer program for Cumberland Farms soon after, overseeing more than 50 new store projects that included acquisition, permitting, and project management. He continued to work on ground-up developments throughout New England, identifying sites and managing contract negotiations and site and budgetary development with local and national tenants before joining the Connolly team.

As a developer with Connolly and Partners, Chuck uses his site development, municipal permitting, and project management skills to help grow and manage the affordable housing portfolio.

Chuck holds a BS in hospitality management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
