Eric Kuczarski

Eric has more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily tax credit investment and development industry and oversees multifamily development and preservation.
He previously was senior development director at Dakota Partners, where he successfully managed the closing, construction, and lease-up of approximately 800 units across 13 projects located in New England and Virginia.
Eric enjoys the myriad of opportunities and challenges inherent in developing multifamily affordable housing. From financial structuring to design review to permitting and more, Eric is always working creatively with his team to produce first-class housing.
Eric holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, an MS in historic preservation from the University of Pennsylvania, and a certificate in real estate design and development from the Wharton School.
