Tim spearheads all preconstruction, conceptual and hard bid estimating and scheduling efforts for the portfolio. His expertise includes value engineering, constructability reviews, and overall project planning. Tim’s approach to preconstruction delivers precise estimates and realistic schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves, where he served as an engineering officer, Tim has designed, managed, and built projects across three continents. His civilian experience spans multifamily, commercial, higher education, retail, federal, and logistics.
Tim holds a BS in engineering from Roger Williams University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Connecticut. He holds an Engineer-in-Training (EIT/FE) certificate and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
