Dimitrios Karouta

Dimitri focuses on sourcing and advancing development opportunities with an emphasis on adaptive reuse and historic redevelopment. He has over a decade of experience as a real estate developer working on multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial developments.

Many of Dimitri’s developments involve federal and state tax credits and other public-private financing tools. He is particularly experienced with complex historic rehabilitation projects, including navigating approvals with State Historic Preservation Offices and the National Park Service. He is known for taking on challenging properties and working through the practical issues required to bring them back into productive use.

Dimitri holds a BS in business administration from Northeastern University and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Connecticut.
