Michael Lombardi

Michael leads development and execution of construction strategy at our affiliate EH&N Construction, ensuring that projects are delivered with excellence in quality, budget, and schedule. With more than two decades of experience in design, real estate development, and executive leadership, Michael brings a well-rounded perspective to every project.

Michael oversees all facets of project delivery from early planning and budgeting through design management, permitting, construction execution, and closeout. His experience spans the multi-family residential, commercial, higher education, hospitality, and retail sectors. He is known as a partner who advances construction excellence and drives value through innovation and collaboration.

Michael holds a BS in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is a licensed professional civil engineer.
